VIP Seating Finals – $40

THE SHOW:
Prejudging: 9:00 AM (Lobby doors open 8:00am)
Finals: 6:00 PM (Lobby doors open 5:00pm)

Prejudging typically lasts 3-4 hours depending on competitor numbers. Following Judging the doors will close and there will be a break until the Doors open for the 6:00 pm Finals. The Finals that start at 6:00pm typically last 3-4 hours.

Set up time for Vendor-Exhibitor-Sponsor: Friday 29th 6pm-7pm or Saturday 30th 7am – 8am

Purple Vendor Package – Outdoor vendor space – (10 ft wide x 10 ft deep) – Does not include table or chairs. You may bring a pop up tent type cover. $99.00

Green Vendor Package – Indoor Vendor space. Includes 4 foot table 2 chairs, black plastic table cover. $ 199.00

Orange Vendor Package – Indoor vendor space. NON-Corner exhibitor space. Includes 6 ft Table 2 two chairs, black plastic table cover. $299.00

Blue Vendor Package – Indoor vendor space. NON-Corner exhibitor space. Includes 8 ft table, 2 chairs, black plastic table cover. $ 399.00

Yellow vendor package – Indoor vendor space. Corner exhibitor booth. Includes 8ft & 6ft table, 2 chairs, black plastic table cover. $499.00
